These Website Terms govern your use of TandemEventsFL.com (the “Website”), operated by Tandem Events LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Tandem Events,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this Website, you agree to these Terms.
WEBSITE INFORMATION
The Website provides general information about Tandem Events, including event-decorating services, portfolio examples, pricing guidance, custom décor, add-ons and consultation scheduling. Website content is provided for informational purposes. Specific services, availability, quantities, materials and prices are confirmed only through a written proposal, invoice or service agreement.
INQUIRIES AND CONSULTATIONS
Submitting an inquiry form, scheduling a consultation or communicating with Tandem Events does not create a service agreement or reserve an event date.
An event date is reserved only after all required booking conditions have been completed, including receipt of the signed service agreement and required booking retainer.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Website prices are starting prices unless expressly stated otherwise. Final pricing may depend on guest count, venue, location, event date, design complexity, materials, labor, travel, installation requirements and requested upgrades.
Services and event dates are subject to availability. Tandem Events may correct pricing errors or update Website information at any time.
CLIENT AGREEMENTS
Event services are governed by the separate proposal, invoice and Event Decorating Service Agreement accepted by the client. If these Website Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will control concerning the purchased services.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND DESIGN EXAMPLES
Portfolio photographs show examples of previous work. Each event is created according to the client’s selected services, venue, budget, available inventory and approved design. Website photographs do not guarantee that identical items or arrangements will be available.
Colors may also appear differently depending on the user’s screen or device.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Website and its original content—including the Tandem Events name, logo, photographs, graphics, written material and design concepts—are owned by or licensed to Tandem Events and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Visitors may view and share links to public Website pages for personal, noncommercial purposes. Website content may not be copied, altered, sold, republished or used to advertise another business without written permission.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, submit unlawful or misleading content, upload malicious files or use the Website in a way that violates another person’s rights.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Website may connect to services operated by third parties, including Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling, Square and social-media platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Tandem Events is not responsible for the availability, security or content of an independently operated third-party service.
